We have created this website with the purpose of educating Internet users in Fraud. Not only will this website consist of a number of fraud related articles and discussions, but we will also issue fraud alerts, aimed at protecting possible victims against fraud and scams.

The FraudEncyclopedia.com was started and is being maintained by Rian Visser, a Fraud Expert and ex-member of the South African Police Service’s Commercial Branch. Rian Visser has 15 years law enforcement experience and specialized in fraud related offences.
