In two weeks, a rather inconceivable hearing was to take place at the Law Society of Upper Canada during which a convicted scam artist named Sandy Hutchens — aka Moishe Alexander, aka Moishe Hutchens, aka Craig Hutchens — was to seek approval for a bona fide paralegal licence.
