A Shawnee couple was indicted in federal court today for bankruptcy fraud. Authorities allege that James Dewey Moser, 65, and Doris Elaine Moser, 54, of Shawnee, concealed key facts when they filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in April 2005.
